MOMMY & BABY FITNESS – WORKOUT & PLAY

Enjoy this fun, indoor class of cardio and strength training. As with all of our classes, we focus on core strengthening exercises which is key to strong bodies, good posture and balance, as well preventing and/or limiting pain and/or injuries. Class includes warmup with baby, mom-only workout and ends with infant stimulation- songs, puppets and bubbles.
