My name is Ada and I am the Fitness Instructor for Brampton and surrounding areas.  I am a certified Fitness Instructor as well as a Personal Trainer with Can-Fit-Pro. I have been a fitness instructor since 2003 and love every minute of it. I have trained ladies of all ages, fitness levels and all with their individual fitness goals. As the mother of two young children, I know first hand what a woman goes through pre and post pregnancy. I can relate to the struggle of getting back into shape and the moments when you just want to give up. A difficult labour with my first child in March 2005 resulted in a C-section, restricting me from any kind of physical activity for more than 8 weeks. Getting back into my pre-pregnancy weight proved to be very challenging but with the right nutrition and workout routine I was able to get back into shape (it took me a year!). However, I delivered my daughter naturally in October 2007 and was able to return to regular physical activity after only 2 weeks! After my second pregnancy, it was like my body knew what to do and it was much easier to get back into shape. After both pregnancies, I kept active and followed a nutrition/fitness routine. At times it seems like you are never going to get there and it can be discouraging, but you have to give your body time and keep at it! “Know what you want, and BELIEVE you can get it” My passion for fitness, combined with the ups and downs of motherhood, have made me so much more empathetic towards women who are trying so hard to get back into shape, whether they have had kids or not. Every one of them has a story, and they are eager to write a new chapter about their journey. I am here for them, to Motivate them, to show them how to have Fun while working out and to help them develop a Passion for their individual fitness/wellness goals. Outside of my family and the world of Fitness, my other passion is ice hockey which I have played for the last 15 years. In my spare time, I give back to the community by being a volunteer driver and fitness instructor for a cancer patience resource centre in Brampton.

OUTDOORS Mommy and Baby Stroller Fitness!  (by Ada)

This interactive and fun class is much more than just a walk in the park!  Your session includes power walking while pushing your baby in the stroller, and incorporates cross-training for full body muscular strengthening and conditioning while we go!  Babies will enjoy the fresh air, and mommies will get a great workout suitable for all fitness levels.  For babies 6 weeks to 24 months old.

Mommy and Baby AQUA Fitness Class (by Ada)

Aqua Fitness for Mom, water play for baby!  This action packed water class consists of aerobic conditioning and muscular strengthening while moving in the water with your baby.  Babies will be utilized as weights and delight with songs, water activities and fun! For babies 4 – 20 months. These classes are in a heated, chlorine indoor pool (88F).

NEW! Pre-Natal Yoga (by Natasha)

Join instructor Natasha as she helps you prepare your body, mind and soul for the journey into motherhood.  Natasha will guide you in the practice of breathing techniques, postures and poses.  You will be able to connect and share with other mommies-to-be and learn from each other’s experiences.   Yoga is a great way to prepare you for delivery, so the sooner you start the more beneficial.  You don’t have to be an experienced yogi to participate in this class as it is suitable for all levels from beginner to advance.

My name is Natasha Fall and I am excited to join the mommy and Baby and Baby Fitness Brampton location this January. I’m a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and I look forward to guiding you through your yoga journey! I have been practicing yoga for 13 years and I has been an amazing adventure. Being able to help clients open their mind, body and spirits to a new way of being is an enlightening, passionate and rewarding experience for me. I’ve also always been mesmerized by all of you beautiful and strong women who take on the charm and challenge of motherhood. I feel honoured to be part of that chapter in your life story.

IMPORTANT:  You MUST request a Pre-Natal Medical form from us to bring to your health provider to fill out PRIOR to the first class, as you will not be allowed to participate without it.  This form shows your instructor that you are cleared to exercise and it highlights any concerns there may be.  Kindly please email  us at to request your form in advance.

Be prepared to have a more challenging workout every time while having fun.  Whether you are still on mat leave or have gone back to your career job,  feel empowered to be the BEST YOU!   Mommies of all  fitness levels are welcome.   Leave the baby at home to bond with daddy or grandma!  Workouts run ALL YEAR ROUND so you may register at any time and just pro-rate the remaining classes . Mommies can use this program as a ‘make up’ for any Mommy and Baby class they miss!
