Sarah Snider has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years.  She completed an Honours
Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from McMaster University in 2005, and also studied Exercise Science abroad at the
University of Wollongong (Australia) for one year.

After her completion of university, Sarah worked simultaneously in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic and at a
fitness facility, and it was here she developed a passion for re-introducing clients to a health-conscious lifestyle
incorporating good nutrition and appropriate exercises.

Sarah believes that continuing education is crucial for staying at the leading edge of the fitness field, and commits
herself to regular training seminars and conferences.  Additional courses and qualifications include Soft Tissue
Release Therapy, Functional Assessment Evaluations, Pre/Post-Natal Training, Lower/Upper Body Postural
Assessment, and Exercise Progressions for Lower/Upper Injuries and Conditions.

Since giving birth to her daughter in 2011 and sons in 2013 and 2016, Sarah has become dedicated to providing safe effective exercises to pre and postpartum mothers.  She is a huge advocate of “moms helping moms”, and acknowledges the huge impact regular physical activity has on the psychosocial and lifestyle aspects of families.

Mommy and Baby Fitness Workout and Play

This 2 hour action-packed class offers a great way for Moms to enjoy a challenging workout, bond with their Baby
with fun Infant Stimulation, and learn from other moms and health experts during the guest speaker/group discussion.
All of the exercise programs are designed with post-partum Moms in mind, and all exercises can be modified to suit
the fitness level of the individual.  A great class for all Moms, you won’t want to miss this!

Mommy and Baby Outdoor Bootcamp

Introducing a brand new class designed to challenge!  A high-intensity workout involving cardio, body-weight strengthening, and power exercises in a fun group environment!  Suitable for all fitness levels, as modifications will be offered as needed.

Please note that this class is available to Moms WITH OR WITHOUT their Babies!  If you’d prefer to squeeze in a great workout as a “hands-free-mama”, please feel free to register!

Mommy and Baby Yoga

A gentle yet challenging yoga class for mom and baby together!  We involve Baby in some of our balance and
strengthening asanas, as well as incorporating some Mom-only postures and poses to strengthen the body
and promote relaxation.  Class also includes 30 minutes of fun and fabulous Infant Stimulation – a must for
every new mom!

Outdoor StrollerFitness

This interactive and fun class is much more than just a walk in the park!  Your session includes power walking while pushing your baby in their stroller, and incorporates cross-training for full body muscular strengthening and conditioning while we go!  Class includes 30 minutes of Infant Stimulation, fun parachute play, and unforgettable songs and rhymes you’ll love to play with your Little One for years to come!  **YES, this class is open to older children as well!! They will be strapped in stroller while we’re walking (or walking alongside if old enough – it is a fast-paced walk) but will still have a blast!

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Mommy and Baby Fitness Workout and Play™ does not issue a full refund.  We are happy to issue you a non-transferable credit towards any other program within the year.

Mommy and Baby Fitness Workout and Play™ will refund your payment minus a $50 administration fee only within 24 hours after your first class.
