Maisie Roche


Maisie Roche is the licensee member in Etobicoke, where she lives with her husband Kyle, two boys, Carson and Kellen, and their dog Dingo.

Maisie grew up in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs. She graduated from Western Illinois University where she studied Marketing. While in university she began working as a group fitness instructor and fell in love with fitness and helping others. Since then, she has become a certified personal trainer with canfitpro. She intends to complete her health and nutrition courses next to maximize her efforts in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.  She is also familiar with and educated on correcting Diastases (stomach muscle separation).  You will find yourself doing lot’s of core work in Maisie’s classes.

Maisie was introduced to Mommy and Baby Fitness in 2016 when she attended class with her oldest, Carson. She loved the support, being outside, and most importantly getting out of the house and talking to other moms. She felt the need for Mommy and Baby Fitness in Etobicoke. Maisie is so excited to begin teaching classes in Etobicoke.

Indoor Mommy and Baby Fitness 

My style of class is perfect for all fitness levels.  We will run circuits switching between cardio bursts and resistance training.  This work out will help you blast fat and restructure your core.  Mom and Baby will have so fun while we do it!  Babies are welcome but also free daycare option!!

Beginner/Basic >

low intensity core focused workout that will leave you feeling stronger, yet relaxed. We will go through a series of core rebuilding exercises and focus on total body strengthening. Designed for all fitness levels, this class will slow things down while building up your core strength. Babies are welcome.

Monday from 11-12pm

System Fitness – 2100 Bloor Street West




Intermediate >

intermediate bootcamp/aerobic class designed for mom or mom + baby. This workout is filled with heart pumping circuits and strength training to give you an intense full body workout every time. Designed for all women and all fitness levels, this is a great alternative to cardio and a compliment to any exercise regiment. Babies are welcome.

Are you a Mom Boss, or a Mom HAUS!? BLACK DIAMOND is designed for you to attack your workout and leave it all on the gym floor. We will focus on building strength and cutting down inches through heavy lifting and utilizing our entire 35,000 sq. ft. facility. Black Diamond is different than any other Mommy class.

**Your babies can enjoy our daycare while we rock the results on the gym floor.
