My name is Gosia and I am a certified personal trainer with Can-Fit-Pro since 2003. I grew up in a fitness family having both parents as phys-ed teachers and coaches. As a child, my dad made sure we were constantly moving and staying active, something that has stayed with me my whole life. I am an athlete and have competed in track & field, swimming and beach volleyball. I am also a mom of a fantastic 21 month old boy. Having gone through the pregnancy I know firsthand the challenges women face in achieving their pre-pregnancy body. I also recognize the deep need of becoming a healthy role model and the best version of you for the benefit of your child. Looking forward to meeting mommies and babies at the park this Spring and give you a great workout! I will be there for you when you need that extra push, a hug or just to remind you: YOU’RE DOING A GREAT JOB!

OUTDOORS Mommy and Baby Stroller Fitness! (by Instructor Gosia)
This interactive and fun class is much more than just a walk in the park! Your session includes power walking while pushing your baby in the stroller, and incorporates cross-training for full body muscular strengthening and conditioning while we go! Babies will enjoy the fresh air, and mommies will get a great workout suitable for all fitness levels. Mommy and Baby Fitness Workout & Play Class
This program is a must for a new Moms of any fitness level. This action-packed class includes a warm up for Mom with baby, followed by a workout routine for Mom which is both fun and challenging. After the Mom ‘Workout’, comes the ‘Play’ segment including infant stimulation, songs, rhymes, finger-play, and parachute activities. A great way to socialize with other mommies and bond with your baby while working out to get back into shape. For babies 6 weeks to 12 months.PLEASE VISIT OUR MISSISSAUGA LOCATION.
