Areas of Practice

My training style can best be described as a total mind and body approach.  I achieve this by combining a variety of methods.  Depending on your goals, this will be a dynamic workout using resistance training, sports movement, core-conditioning, and functional training utilizing GRAVITYTraining System™, BOSU®, TRX®, PowerPlate® and any other cutting edge training equipment available.  Weight management, Fat loss, Injury Prevention, Sports Performance, Mind and Body Integration are my focus training areas.


I have been a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, and Group Exercise Instructor since 1995.  In my previous positions as a Fitness Manager and Studio Owner, I had and continue to stay current in the industry by attending yearly conferences, workshops and seminars.  I have continuously worked as a fitness professional with passion, commitment and knowledge.

Our body is meant to move and function well every day.  The best way to stay alive with no pain is to breathe with joy and love.  Every body is unique!  I believe that versatility in training methods can guarantee a healthy mind and body.

Mommy and Baby Fitness Workout & Play

This action-packed class includes a large variety of fun, easy to follow but intense fitness for Mom and Baby. We start with our creative warm up for mom with baby together, a “mommy only” fitness segment (babies are right beside us watching!), mom and baby strengthening and conditioning (we ALWAYS include abdominal and core work) and our cool down stretch and “mommy meditation” Following the fitness is our huge repertoire of “infant stimulation”; songs, rhymes, fingerplays,  kneebouncers, parachute activities, bubbles, and so much more. You will receive our Mommy and Baby Fitness Workout and Play™ songs and rhymes booklet – excellent for in-home use! The class concludes with a group discussion, occasional “special guest speakers”, and “show and tell’. A must for every new mom and baby! Join this class today so that you can work hard and play hard!! babies aged 6 weeks – 11 months 1½ to 2 hour program.

Outdoor Stroller Fitness

This interactive and fun class is much more than just a walk in the park!  Your session includes power walking
while pushing your baby in their stroller, and incorporates cross-training for full body muscular strengthening and conditioning while we go!  Class includes 30 minutes of Infant Stimulation, fun parachute play, and unforgettable
songs and rhymes you’ll love to play with your Little One for years to come!
